Reproducible figure data and plotting scripts for "Biogeochemical effects of Golden Gate Strait exchange and other land-based inputs to the San Francisco and Monterey Bay coasts"

This repository contains the figure-ready NetCDF files and MATLAB plotting scripts used in the study “Biogeochemical effects of Golden Gate Strait exchange and other land-based inputs to the San Francisco and Monterey Bay coasts.” The files enable full reproduction of all main-text and supplementary figures and tables without rerunning the numerical simulations. Due to their size, full ROMS-BEC model outputs are not included and are available upon request. The numerical simulations were performed using UCLA ROMS coupled to the BEC model; model code and forcing datasets are cited separately in the associated manuscript.
