ONLINE LEARNING VERSUS TRADITIONAL LEARNING: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF EDUCATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, ACCESSIBILITY, AND STUDENT OUTCOMES
收藏资源简介:
The rapid proliferation of digital technology has fundamentally altered the educational landscape, giving rise to online learning as a compelling alternative to conventional classroom-based instruction. This paper undertakes a comparative analysis of online and traditional learning environments, evaluating their respective strengths and limitations across dimensions including academic effectiveness, social development, accessibility, self-discipline requirements, and long-term employability outcomes. Drawing upon a review of contemporary literature and empirical research, this study argues that neither model is inherently superior; rather, their effectiveness depends on the learner's individual characteristics, the subject matter, and the broader socioeconomic context. The paper further proposes that a hybrid approach — one that thoughtfully integrates the strengths of both modalities — represents the most promising direction for modern education systems, particularly in developing countries such as Uzbekistan.
