Transcriptome profiling of bladders of CYP-treated C57BL6/J mice (male and female)

In the present study, we aimed to identify a complete transcriptome profile of the bladders of CYP-treated mice, a commonly used animal model of IC/BPS disease. Our study represents a reference database for the understanding of the mouse model, which is crucial for the more successful translation of the data obtained on this model to human patients.
