Dataset used for construction of all fiures and calculations presented in the manuscript “Frequency maps of FTIR images for phenotyping molecular heterogeneity of the primary tumor and its metastases”. This dataset includes seven (7) Excel files containing raw and processed spectroscopic data used to generate Figure 1-6 in the referenced manuscript. The spectra data were processed to obtain second derivative spectra. Integration of selected bands was performer on second derivative spectra.
