Genome-scale CRISPR screening in a single mouse liver

This paper describes the development and implementation of genome-scale CRISPR screening in the mouse liver. As part of this study, RNA sequencing was performed on livers isolated from mice during development, adulthood, and regeneration to identify the entirety of genes expressed in the liver at each time point. Mouse livers were harvested at postnatal day 2, day 15, day 25, week 8, and 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours after partial hepatectomy or carbon tetrachloride injection. Livers from three male C57BL/6J mice were harvested for each time point.
