Pre-existing stem cell heterogeneity dictates clonal responses to acquisition of cancer driver mutations

This repository contains files for the manuscript entitled:

"Pre-existing stem cell heterogeneity dictates clonal responses to acquisition of cancer driver mutations"

There is 1 tarball with all files and pipelines for analysis of Fig 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and there is separate zip folder with all files for analysis of Fig 3. 

We also include sequencing results of new LARRY version 2 libraries (2 PCR replicates each). Barcode sequences are not collapsed by Hamming distance, but they are collapsed by unique sequences, and counted.
