Metadata:Palaeoproteomics in India: current status and future perspectives

This dataset compiles archaeological and biomolecular research on faunal remains reported from selected Harappan sites spanning the Early, Mature, and Late Harappan periods. It summarizes the reported recovery and morphological identification of faunal remains and documents biomolecular investigations, including paleogenomic, stable isotope, lipid residue, and paleoproteomic analyses.
