bFSingleStand.csv: this is a CSV file (241 rows, 41 columns) of the lichen composition on 21 balsam fir trees in a single stand. Column headers are TreeID (tree ID number); Aspect (N: north, S: south) and ladder.location (position up the lichen ladder). The remaining columns are 37 lichen species; the last column gives the sum.<br> bFDispersed.csv: this is a CSV file (211 rows, 31 columns) of the micro- and macro- lichen composition on 24 balsam fir trees dispersed within a 500 sq km ecoregoin. Column headers are TreeID (tree ID number); Aspect (N: north, S: south) and ladder.location (position up the lichen ladder). The remaining columns are 27 lichen species; the last column gives the sum.<br> yBDispersed.csv: this is a CSV file (211 rows, 35 columns) of the micro- and macro- lichen composition on 24 yellow birch trees dispersed within a 500 sq km ecoregoin. Column headers are TreeID (tree ID number); Aspect (N: north, S: south) and ladder.location (position up the lichen ladder). The remaining columns are 31 lichen species; the last column gives the sum.
