As I am focused on in-silico modelling, I wish to explore the importance of excerise on the in-silico models of glucose metabolism when modelling the patients. With an advanced modelling of physical activity/exercise, the in-silico models could be considerably improved as regards their degree of realism. This would be an important step in pre-clinical trials and personalized diabetes care.
