The goal of the study is to illustrate how various abiotic stresses reshape the chromatin architecture of the Arabidopsis genome to fine tune gene expression. Overall design: 10 day old Arabidopsis seedlings were subjected to heat (38C for 6h), cold (4C for 24h), salt (250mM Nacl for 6h) and drought(1h) and open chromatin was extracted using FAIRE-seq and Dnase-seq. RNA-seq was also performed from same tissue.
