RNA-Seq analysis of dynamic evolution of type 2 diabetic ulcer repaired by HB liniment

Huangbai liniment has a better promoting effect on the repair of diabetic ulcer.In this study, a diabetic ulcer model induced by the combination of 60% high-fat diet and streptozotocin and combined with cortical resection was adopted. After applying Huangbai liniment to the wound for 15 days, RNA-Seq analysis was performed on the skin tissue at the ulcer site on the 6, 9, 12 and 15 days to analyze the dynamic evolution of Huangbai liniment in the intervention of diabetic ulcer.
