Raw data from FTIR, XRD, and histomorphometric analyses of osteoporotic and osteoarthritic bone tissue samples.

Bone tissue samples collected from osteoporotic and osteoarthritic patients were analyzed to evaluate their mineral and organic composition using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). Physicochemical properties were assessed, and trabecular thickness as well as bone area fraction over total tissue area were calculated from histological sections.
