Transcriptomes of Norway spruce seedling roots

We examine the development of the seedling roots based on two sets of data: one includes segments of the roots and one includes laser capture microdissection (LCM) root tissues. Overall design: Regarding the zone data, we collected 4 segments of the root from the root tip (3 x 1mm each and 1 x 2mm). Regarding the LCM data, we collected the QC area, ground tissues, and steles of the elongation and differentiation zones.
