The dataset contains whole transcriptome RNAseq of 112 NS1 antigen-positive Dengue patients admitted to a tertiary care center (Max Super Specialty Hospital, Delhi) in India. The patients reported diverse symptoms, ranging from Mild to Moderate and Severe infection. RNA was collected from whole blood, and post rRNA depletion, the whole transcriptome library was prepared using TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Library Prep Kit. The study aims to understand the multi-layered host transcriptomic response to Dengue infection across different grades of disease severity.
