VPRS 18395 Drawing Registers, Track Engineering Division

The records in this series comprises of registers for plans of track engineering.The first register contains a listing of plan numbers starting at 92/2001 through to 02/165 when the listing transferred to an Access Database on 27 August 2002.The first register is divided by three column listing department, description and plan number. The following abbreviations are used:- Arch - Architect- BS - Building Services- MS - Material Services- SE - Structural Engineer- TC - Track and Civil Design- TD - Track Design Engineer- TE - Track Engineering- TR - Track Research Engineer- TM - Track Materials Engineer.The second register is a printout of the Access Database as at 31 March 1999.The register is separated into the following sections:AT, C, CT, F, FD, GR, JF, LOC, M, OD, P, R, RC, S, ST, TC, TEM, TM, UG, WS which indicate drawing class.Each listing contains the columns Description, Size, Index, Plan No., Rev [Revision], R No [VicRail Plan Room Number].Researchers should be aware the index to the set of numbers prior to 2001 are missing.
