RNA seq of liver homogenates collected every 4 hours for one 24 hour cycle from adipocyte knockouts for Bmal1

We used RNA seq to evaluate gene expression oscillations in liver from mice lacking Bmal1 in adipocytes. Overall design: We collected liver from adipocyte specific Bmal1 knockout mice every 4 hours throughout one 24 hour cycle. Mice were housed at room temperature, 12 hour light, 12 hour dark schedule and were fed ad libitum before the experiment. Mice were kept at constant darkness and were fasted for 24 hours prior tissue collection
