Isolation and Whole genome sequencing of Bacillus strain with broad spectrum activity

The study was focused on the isolation and characterization of a broad spectrum isolated bacterial strain from Polish Honey.The antimicrobial and probiotic potential was determined for the isolated strain after carrying out a wide variety of bioassays. Whole-genome sequencing analysis was performed and the strain was identified.
