To investigate the Bach1 function in proliferation and differentiation of myogenic cells, we performed DNA microarray analysis using C2C12 cells with silencing of Bach1 and control cells before and after inducing differentiation. Differentiation induced gene expression in siRNA-transfected C2C12 cells was measured at day 0 and day 2 after replacing in the DMEM with 2% horse serum (HS) when the cells reached confluence.
