Brain digital twins reveal network changes in congenital and slowly progressive cerebellar ataxias - Dataset

This dataset contains structural (SC) and functional (FC) connectivity matrices for 27 subjects (healthy controls, Joubert syndrome, and slowly progressive ataxia). SC matrices were derived from tractography based on diffusion MRI, including connection weights and tract lengths. FC matrices, both static and dynamic, were derived from resting-state functional MRI. Data are organized by network (somatomotor, ventral attention) and by subject (sub-01, sub-02, ...), with two folders per subject: SC: 'SC_tract_lengths.txt' and 'SC_tract_weights.txt' FC: 'FCemp.txt' and 'FCDemp.txt' MRI raw data are not shared due to privacy restrictions.
