The purpose of this project is to investigate the changes of global gene expression pattern of trophoblast cells of bovine preimplatation embryo. Mechanically dissected trophoblast cells of embryos at different developmental stages were analyzed. The blastocyst staged embryos were produced by in vitro fertilization followed by seven days of in vitro culture. The early elongation staged embryos were retrived from pregnant cows at the day 14 after artificial insemination.
