KnetMiner

KnetMiner is a knowledge platform for genes, traits, diseases and their interactions across species. We integrate a range of open-access data, transform into a knowledge graph and augment with new text-mined relationships. Free KnetMiner resources include Arabidopsis, wheat, rice and COVID-19 (publicly funded). Many other species specific datasets can be subscribed to for a fee. In addition to web-based access, the knowledge graphs can also be accessed programmatically through RDF-SPARQL and Neo4j-Cypher endpoints.KnetMiner是一款面向跨物种基因、性状、疾病及其相互作用的知识平台。我们整合多类开放获取数据，将其构建为知识图谱，并通过新增的文本挖掘关联关系对图谱进行扩充增强。免费开放的KnetMiner资源涵盖拟南芥(Arabidopsis)、小麦、水稻及新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）相关数据集，所有免费资源均由公共资金资助。其余诸多物种专属数据集需付费订阅方可获取。除基于网页的访问途径外，该知识图谱还可通过RDF-SPARQL与Neo4j-Cypher端点实现程序化调用。
