Kinetic microarray of hPSC-derived SCGB3A2+ airway epithelium

We sought to better understand the kinetics of differentiation and the global transcriptomic programs of these labeled cells as they emerge over prolonged culture periods We performed whole transcriptome microarray profiling of cells at various stages of RSC differentiation to proximal airway: undifferentiated cells (day 0), purified early lung progenitors (day 15 CD47hi), early airway progenitors (day 22), and SC+ and SC- late airway populations (day 36, Figure 3c, Supplementary File 1).
