We report transcriptomes of hepatic progenitors cells (BMEL) wild-type or transformed by the expression of H-RasG12V, depleted of CDK8 or CDK19 kinases by crispr/Cas9 mediated editing. Overall design: mRNA profiles of BMEL cells transformed by Ras wt or depleted for CDK8 and CDK19 kinases were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq2500.
