Supporting Information for 'Pleistocene smoothing and resurfacing of Appalachian ridgelines by periglaciation"
收藏资源简介:
Data Set S1: Basin locations and statistics, including erosion rate and basin slope, used in Figure 3 from Portenga et al. 2013 and Portenga et al, 2019. Data Set S2: Lines of cross-section used to calculate interlimb angle from published maps. Citations for each map are included. Data Set S3: Ridgeline locations and statistics, including hilltop curvature and erosion rate, used in Figure 3 from Portenga et al. 2013 and Portenga et al, 2019. Data Set S4: Strikes and dips used to compute interlimb angles for Tuscarora plunging anticlines. Citations for each map or digital dataset are included. Data Set S5: Thickness of Tuscarora sandstone from published maps of 1:24,000 and 1:100,000 mapping quadrangles by name. Citations for each map are included. Data Set S6: LGM and modern mean annual minimum temperature and mean annual precipitation for each morphometric tile location, as gridded by Lorenz et al. 2016 and PRISM, respectively. Data Set S7: Compiled morphometric, climate, and geologic attributes of each morphometric tile. Morphometries are median values for all Tuscarora datapoints; climate data and geologic data cover the entire area of the tile.
