Cells containing Rad52-RFP and YFP-Srs2 and a PCNA mutant that is not able to be sumoylated were imaged through 11 z-sections at 0.3µm intervals. In small-budded (S phase) cells, Srs2 does not form multiple small replication foci. However, Srs2 retains the ability to colocalize with Rad52 in recombination foci.
