Peptides were generated by in-gel digestion of gel bands. Peptides with non-tryptic cleavage sites, generated by calpain digestion, are shown in bold italic font. The MS/MS spectra of these peptides are included in Fig. 2. Start and end positions are numbered according to the human dUTPase sequence. Residues in parentheses are the N- and C-terminal neighboring residues of the protein (not present in the peptides). Error indicates the difference between the measured and calculated peptide masses.
