Assessing sea lice infection levels in Irish Atlantic salmon farms: metrics and treatment trigger levels

This Figshare dataset contains the files used in a related Scientific Report paper, entitled 'Assessing sea lice infection levels in Irish Atlantic salmon farms: metrics and treatment trigger levels', by Bela Klimesova, Katie O’Dwyer, Jack D’Arcy, Anita Talbot, Olga Lyashevska, Hamish Rodger, Catherine McManus, and Neil M. Ruane. The file contains two datasets: NSLMP.csv and Industry.csv.<br>These datasets provide sea lice count data from salmon farms in Ireland, collected by the Marine Institute as part of the National Sea Lice Monitoring Programme (NSLMP) and by the industry producer, Mowi Ireland. The names of salmon farms have been anonymized using letter codes.
