资源简介:
Differentiation therapies are an emerging alternative to front line chemotherapy for the treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). These therapies target cancerous mutations, which allows AML cells to mature into AML derived immune cells. However many patients treated with differentiation therapies will relapse, which may arise from AML derived immune cells. This thesis aims to identify specific vulnerabilities in AML derived immune cells to eradicate these cells in hopes to prevent relapse and improve long term outcomes in AML patients.
