Dataset is in association with the manuscript and GitHub: Host oxidative stress primes mycobacteria for rapid antibiotic resistance evolution. To fully reproduce results from manuscript, download these data, clone the GitHub repo, and decompress the tarball files into "Mycobacterium_PreR/data/Fig6/LDF/bayes-null-distributions/INH-global/" Description (INH-global.tar.gz): Gzipped tarball of randomized iterations of calculating Bayesian Probability (BP) of association to isoniazid resistance (INHR) for every locus in the M. tuberculosis H37Rv genome, including intergenic regions. The BPs calculated were P(INHR | mutation in locus) for every locus across a dataset of 1,578 Mtb isolates from Vietnam. BPs from every iteration of randomizing the mutation profiles are aggregated to generate a null distribution of probabilities. BP for each locus in the true dataset of mutations are then compared to the null distribution to generate a p-value, which are then FDR-corrected for multiple testing. Description (file-list.txt): Text file containing names of all files expected to be compressed within the tarball above. Included for maximum reproducibility/transparency.
