Broadly distributed but genetically fragmented: Demographic consequences of Pleistocene climatic oscillations in a common Iberian grasshopper

Analyses were run fixing the effective population size of each deme (NW, CS and NE populations). <b><br></b><b>LayersENM.zip</b>: This ZIP folder contains raster maps (TIF format) derived from environmental niche models (ENM). Raster maps were obtained by projecting the ENM from MAXENT to current bioclimatic conditions (CURRENT), last glacial maximum (LGM, 21 ka) bioclimatic conditions derived from the MIROC-ESM general atmospheric circulation model (MIROC), and LGM bioclimatic conditions derived from the CCSM4 general atmospheric circulation model (CCSM). <b><br></b><b>STAIRWAYPLOT.zip</b>: This ZIP folder contains input files for demographic reconstructions in STAIRWAY PLOT for each studied population.<br> <b>MMRR.zip</b>: This ZIP folder contains genetic differentiation (FST) and distance matrices (geographic, environmental, topographic, and resistance distances) used in Multiple Matrix Regression with Randomization (MMRR) analyses.<br><b>Occurrence.csv</b>: Occurrence data used for environmental niche modelling (ENM).
