Database for Transient Optical Neural Emulation

This package will provide all raw data, processed data, and analysis codes, which serve as the base for the manuscript on Transient Optical Neural Emulation. The package contains four folders: <em>Digital_ANN_Primitives</em>, including all scripts needed to reproduce the digital ANN results <em>Scripts</em>, including all scripts needed to reproduce the training and testing results on experimental data <em>MainText</em>, including all processed data and raw experimental data used for figures 2-3 in the main text <em>SupplementaryText</em>, including all processed data and raw experimental data used for figures S2-S11 in the supplementary information. The script folders (1. and 2. in the list above) include README files that list: System requirements Installation instructions Code demos Instructions for use, and Pseudo code.
