The movement of microRNA399 between tobacco host plant and dodder (PRJCA023358)

The long-distance movement of miR399 has been well studied in individual plant. miR399 moved from shoot to root through phloem. To determine the movement of miR399 between host plants and dodder, we analyzed miR399 in tobacco and dodder in parasitic systems under phosphate starvation (-Pi) condition, as well as in non-parasitic tobacco as control (Tobacco-con) under (-Pi) condition.
