Effects of circALTO on gene expression of 293T cells

Purpose: The goal of the study was to determine the potential effects of ALTO expression on the human transcriptome. Method: 293T cells were transfected with circALTO1 or a control plasmid, in triplicate, and mRNA profiles sequenced. Results: mRNA profiles from circALTO1 and control cells were distinct.
