Data to reproduce results presented in the paper "Individual tree characteristics and plasticity to climate conditions modulate resistance to bark beetle attack in Pinus uncinata"

This data was collected between June and July 2023 in the Alt Pirineu Natural Park (north-west of Catalonia). It consists of two files: 

Growth_and_Resin_ducts.csv: Contains ring width and resin duct metrics for each year and tree.

Dendrometric_characteristics_and_competition.csv: Contains tree status, DBH, basal area, and competition index for each tree.

Tree codes consist of two letters corresponding to the sample plot, followed by two numbers representing the sampled tree, and ending with two numbers and a letter (A or B) indicating the replicate.
