Genomes from textile wastewater treatment with alkaline-tolerant microbial consortium as inoculum

This dataset includes metagenome assembled genomes (MAGs) and isolate genomes, from the treated effluent of a pilot bioreactor treating alkaline textile wastewater, first described in https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ibiod.2024.105939. MAGs.tgz: 150 MAGs dereplicated_isolates.tgz: Four genomes from bacterial isolates MAG_info.tsv: Information about relative abundance, completeness, contamination and taxonomic classification (GTDB R214) from the MAGs.
