Pump-jet propulsors offer good hydrodynamic and acoustic performance in marine applications, yet the lack of publicly available standard series limits rapid preliminary design capabilities. This study establishes the Standard Pump-Jet Propulsor Series A, comprising 240 systematically designed configurations with validated open-water performance characteristics. A comprehensive geometric parameterization framework is developed, treating stator exit angle as a key design variable to provide more complete description of the rotor–stator system. The complete geometric modeling procedure, including rotor and stator parameterization, duct definition, and rotor–stator matching, is documented for direct implementation in practical design. Validated computational fluid dynamics simulations with relative errors below five percent generate 3,801 open-water performance data points spanning pitch ratios, blade area ratios, stator exit angles, and blade numbers. Results reveal that maximum propulsive efficiency occurs at slight negative torque imbalance rather than perfect balance, highlighting critical rotor–stator interaction mechanisms. Polynomial regression models achieve determination coefficients exceeding 0.999 for all performance coefficients. Replacing traditional advance coefficient with normalized advance coefficient further improves predictive accuracy, particularly for low blade-number rotors. All geometric definitions, series-construction procedures, and regression coefficients are publicly released, enabling direct implementation for rapid performance prediction and configuration optimization without repeated simulations.
