The data in this accession contains drifting buoy data collected from
January 1 to 24, 1990 as part of Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA)
project. The data was submitted by Mr. Eric A. Meindl of National Data
Buoy Center (NDBC). The data has been processed by NODC and is available
in F-156 drifting buoy data format.
