RPPM Modeling and Forecasting

This research presents Recursive Prime Permutation Mapping (RPPM), a deterministic symbolic framework based on the terminal digits {1,3,7,9} of consecutive prime numbers. The study develops an asymptotic frequency model and a residual-error correction framework for forecasting RPPM dynamics. Using rolling-origin validation, the primary model achieves approximately 0.2266% MAPE, which is reduced to approximately 0.1851% with the parsimonious scalar residual correction.
