DNA methylome profiling (Bisulfite Sequencing) of human iPSC-derived midbrain astrocytes in ATP13A2 c.1306deficiency models
收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo deposit contains a publicly available description of the Dataset: Title: "DNA methylome profiling (Bisulfite Sequencing) of human iPSC-derived midbrain astrocytes in ATP13A2 c.1306deficiency models". Description: This dataset provides base-resolution DNA methylation profiles generated via Whole-Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS) of human iPSC-derived midbrain astrocytes. The study contrasts the methylome of ATP13A2 c.1306 mutants with Wild Type (WT) controls. The objective was to evaluate overall DNA methylation levels and regional epigenetic modifications associated with the genotype. This dataset is designed to be integrated with companion RNA-seq and ATAC-seq data to provide a multi-omic characterization of the model. This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org. Instructions for how to request access can be found in the User Manual. This research was funded by the Aligning Science Across Parkinson's Collaborative Research Network (ASAP CRN), through the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (MJFF). This Zenodo deposit was created by the ASAP CRN Cloud staff on behalf of the dataset authors. It provides a citable reference for a CRN Cloud Dataset
