This series is comprised of one register with handwritten entries recording documents to which the Riverina College of Advanced Education / Riverina Murray Institute of Higher Education Common Seal was affixed.The types of documents recorded include: Diplomas; Testamurs; Lease agreements; Applications for liquor licenses; Building contracts; Graduation certificates; Rules of Council; Certificates of attainment; and Contracts for Student Union. The information recorded for each includes the nature of the document, the date of sealing, the Council Resolution and signatures. Later entries in the register seem to be solely for the use on students' Testamurs.
