Walking times from hotels in Israel to beaches, landmarks and stations

Measured walking times and route lengths from 416 hotels in Israel to 108 beaches, landmarks, light rail stops and railway stations: 1,626 measurements, calculated in September 2026 on OpenStreetMap data with the Valhalla pedestrian routing engine. Cities covered: Tel Aviv and Jaffa, Jerusalem, Eilat, Haifa, Netanya, Herzliya, Bat Yam, Tiberias, Nazareth, Safed, Acre, Caesarea, Zikhron Ya'akov, Beersheba and Mitzpe Ramon. One row per hotel and landmark, with landmark names in English, French, Hebrew, German and Russian (CSV and JSON). Method: each time is a pedestrian route from the hotel's position on the Israhotels map to the landmark (a beach access, a station or a site entrance). Minutes follow the calculated duration at a walking pace of about 4.5 to 5 km/h, rounded to the minute; beyond 45 minutes only the distance is given. Route lengths are rounded to 10 metres. Routes longer than an hour or more than 2.5 times the straight-line distance, hotels located only at city level and beaches with no mapped access are left out. Dead Sea beaches and the Sea of Galilee lakefront are not part of this release. Published by Israhotels, an independent guide to hotels in Israel.
