Drainage Complaints

This feature class was created by exporting out PROBLEM_CODE = DCOMP from Cassworks table INF_SERVICE_REQUEST_VIEW and joining location table INF_SR_LOCATION to create X,Y Events layer which was then exported to this feature class and trimmed of constituent, employee and cost information. There were some service requests that did not have an X,Y location. These were geocoded from the problem address fields using Baltimore County's composite geocoder. A COORD_SOURCE field was added to identify which points came from X,Y locations in Cassworks, which were gecooded and which were geocoded using only a street name.Work orders from Cassworks were not used because they were essentially duplicates of the service requests.
