资源简介:
This paper introduces the Core Hypothesis as a new perspective on the P vs NP problem. The hypothesis suggests that within any computational problem, there exists a core—a minimal, indivisible subset of constraints or conditions—that determines the essential difficulty of the problem. By identifying or approximating this core, one can reduce the search space of candidate solutions and potentially transform exponential complexity into polynomial tractability. Random sampling is proposed as a mechanism to discover the core by iteratively eliminating redundancies and highlighting essential constraints. This framework does not claim to prove P = NP but rather provides a novel theoretical pathway for exploration
