Psychiatric Multimodal and Multidimensional Dataset (Psy-MMD)

The Psychiatric Multimodal and Multidimensional Dataset, Psy-MMD, is a human-participant dataset containing linked clinical assessments, demographic and clinical diagnosis variables, defaced T1-weighted MRI images, EEG segmented time-series files, fNIRS segmented time-series files, data dictionaries, README files and analysis code. The files are provided under controlled access because the dataset contains linked human-participant neuroimaging, neurophysiological, psychological assessment and mental-health clinical information, which may carry a risk of participant re-identification or disclosure of sensitive participant-level information. Access to the restricted files is conditional on agreement to the Data Usage Agreement, DUA, which is publicly available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21273148. Requesters should provide their full name, affiliation, institutional or professional email address and, where applicable, the names of any project team members who will access the data. Requesters should include the following statement in the access request message: “I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Data Usage Agreement for the controlled-access Psy-MMD dataset. I will use the controlled-access files only in accordance with this agreement and will not attempt to identify, re-identify, contact, or disclose any participant.”
