Here we examine the transriptomes of HSCs from young (2 months) vs old (24 months) mice bone marrow. To determine the transcriptional changes in HSCs during ageing, we FACS sorted HSCs (LSKCD150+CD48-) from young and old mouse bone marrow for bulk RNA-seq.
