OEB Software Observatory Data

Software metadata and publications metadata relative to the Software Observatory generated and used in the thesis “Towards a permanent observatory for quality of software in Life Sciences”. Metadata, all in JSON format, is located in the "data/" directory, while schemas are in the "schemas/" directory. This dataset is composed of: Software metadata: - raw_data: pre-normalization. Raw harvest from sources; minimal cleaning; source-native fields. - normalised: post-Normalization. Harmonized to the Observatory schema (field names, types, controlled vocabularies). - merged: post-Integration: Merged records across sources. Final dataset. Publications metadata: - publications_metadata: publications metadata.
