Regulation of growth and metabolism of monascus by overexpression of chitin synthetase 2

Through gene overexpression and knockout, the regulation effect of changing the expression level of chitin synthetase on the growth and secondary metabolite biosynthesis of M.purpureus M183 cells was studied.In addition, we also elucidate the regulatory mechanism of chitin synthetase in monascus purpureus by transcriptome analysis.
