A framework for the integration of a Mobile Technology-Enabled Platform with the Justice System Services to Empower Rural Communities in Namibia

The study developed a framework that can be used to integrate MOJ services with a mobile technology-enabled platform to empower rural communities. Two cases were selected using a set of criteria from which data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Qualitative data from the two cases were collected separately give 2 perspectives; the service provider and the service receiver. The two perspectives were necessary to gain a deeper understanding of how the services were provided and received, holistically. The dataset consists of transcribed and cleaned transcripts of the conducted interviews and the naming convention was guided by the cases.
