Silurus glanis Raw RNA Sequence Reads

The existing genomic resources of European catfish (Silurus glanis) include two draft genomes and several sets of protein-coding transcriptomes. Our long-term aim is to improve these resources. In this experiment, we have generated RNAseq data (Illumina 2x150 nt paired-end; 250-300 bp inserts) from the same five organs each of an infected and an uninfected control individual. Samples from two of these organs were sequenced earlier to lower depth, whereas transcriptome data for the other three organs have not been reported before.
