近海智慧监测系统及数据产品

近海智慧监测系统是以雷达、光电及摄像机为主要传感器，通过多源传感器及多站点组网融合，主动探测跟踪海上各类目标，并与AIS、北斗信号融合，智能感知识别海上目标，实现对相关海域全天候全天时不间断实时智能监控。系统基于大数据云平台，通过微服务接口提供雷达目标及轨迹、AIS目标及轨迹、光电卡口视频及图像、雷达回波等数据。系统还结合大数据、云计算、AI等先进技术对数据深度挖掘分析，对外提供智能预警分析接口。

The Offshore Intelligent Monitoring System takes radar, optoelectronic devices and cameras as its main sensors. It actively detects and tracks various maritime targets through multi-source sensor and multi-station networking fusion, fuses with AIS and Beidou signals to intelligently perceive and identify maritime targets, and thus realizes uninterrupted real-time intelligent monitoring of the relevant sea areas in an all-weather and round-the-clock manner. Built on a big data cloud platform, the system provides data including radar targets and their trajectories, AIS targets and their trajectories, optoelectronic checkpoint videos and images, and radar echoes via microservice interfaces. Additionally, by integrating advanced technologies such as big data, cloud computing and AI, the system conducts in-depth data mining and analysis, and provides external intelligent early warning and analysis interfaces.
